This plan was developed and outlined with the leadership of the Youth Action Board to lay the foundation for projects and issues that MUST be addressed within the community to end homelessness for youth and young adults.
This series of three guidebooks are designed for CoC stakeholders and practitioners to use directly and to engage essential local partners in efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness.
